In the USA, it's my understanding that the vast majority of boys born in the USA were circumcised even into the 90s. Somewhere around the mid-to-late 90s, the intact rate was around 70-75% nationally. In the early 80s, it was 85-90% circ.
But even today, it's totally regional. I know someone in southern Ohio and he and his friends...maybe 35% are intact. His group of friends are maybe age 4-8.
